Patricia is a corporate and securities lawyer and executive with almost 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. She is currently engaged by the Ontario Securities Commission as an adviser on the Registration Reform Project to create a national registration regime. She is also Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of Toronto Hydro Corporation, and a member of the Pension and Investment Committee of Girl Guides of Canada. Previously, Patricia was Vice President & Associate General Counsel at Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, where she was responsible for providing legal services to CIBC’s Canadian wealth management operations. In addition to holding a law degree from the University of Western Ontario, she is a graduate of the Institute of Corporate Directors Corporate Governance College at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. |
