The Job Connect program offered by Community MicroSkills Development Centre is designed to help internationally-trained individuals and other job seekers integrate into the workforce.
It offers a variety of services that support both individuals in need of work and the labour needs of employers.

Self directed labour market resource centre, offering:
- Job search strategies
- Local employment & training opportunities information
- Employment related workshops
- Employer-posted employment opportunities
- Job fairs
- Specialized information targeted to specific occupation
- Canadian workplace cultural orientation sessions for new immigrants & employers
- Employment Planning & Preparation — EPP
- Structured service to help individuals in planning and
conducting job search, including one-on-one employment counselling and support
- Structured service for potential employers, including prescreening of
potential employees based on needs identified in job postings
or advertisement
- Job Development Placement Support — JDPS
- Matching employers with the right individuals based on skills
and abilities
- Opportunities for Individuals to develop their skills and gain work experience through: job trials, volunteer placements, job shadowing, subsidized on-the-job training opportunities, and direct employment placements

- Graphics software workstations
- Current Labour Market Information
- Professions and trades licensing information
