Program Coordinator – Information Technology Training, Women’s Services

This position is responsible for the start-up and delivery of MicroSkills' Information Technology Training for Women (ITTW) that prepares women for employment as Mobile Application Developers with skills for Android and iOS platforms, User Experience (UX) design; and knowledge of Security domains and protocols. The Job Developer has the overall responsibility for the placement and employment components of the programs/services clients. The Job Developer works closely with employers, clients and MicroSkills staff to make the best possible match for clients and employers. Organizes and prepares program participants for work placement and employment. Identifies employers who are hiring and matches participants’ strengths with employers’ needs.
