MicroSkills' Staff

MicroSkills' staff of nearly 90 people includes full-time, part-time, and contractual staff. Together, they speak nearly 40 languages to support the delivery of culturally-sensitive services to our client group.

During the 2006 - 2007 fiscal year, MicroSkills fully implemented a team structure to support the work of its programs and services. A distributed leadership model builds the capacity of staff to respond to changing client demographics and increase program efficiency, and a leadership incubator operationalizes the model.
